1. Crumbs and oil are collected in a purpose built collection tank. 
2. Clean oil from the filter is used to flush the crumbs to a grinder pump controlled by the Micron-Pro Filtration System.
3. All the crumbs and oil are sent to the filter allowing the oil to be cleaned and the crumbs to be dried. 
4. All done without operator intervention. 

How It works

The fryer discharge is a key area for oil savings. We now offer the ability to recover all of the oil and remove the crumbs from the discharge of the fryer.
